License Admin

By allocating a product license to a student, you are giving them access to that product. Please ensure that you have allocated licenses to all of your students for the products they need prior to the commencement of the school year.

License admin is best used for allocating licenses for Pearson eBook 3.0 and providing an overview for all other products. For Pearson products that require classes (such as Reader and Lightbook), Class admin can be used to allocate licenses to students. Please see the Class admin article for more information.

License Admin has a dropdown list of all the products your school has access to.

Select the product you want to assign to students from the dropdown list.

If you see the alert below, the product was purchased through a bookseller, rather than directly through Pearson. Please contact the bookseller to assign your student licenses.

When a product is selected, two tables will appear.

The left table lists students without a license and the right table lists students with a license.

The number of licenses available appears above the Students without a license table.

To sort the students by first name, last name, user name or year level, select the relevant column header.

Select a year level option to restrict the table view to just one year level.

If you have students that are not in either list, please contact Pearson Customer Care to request student accounts: help@pearson.com.au
